Minimum order for a new design is 20 pieces and for a past design it is 5 pieces;

A £20 administrative fee will be added to the cost if the order is less than 5 pieces;

For club designs, please make sure that the designs and colours are approved by the committee before the order is placed. (Always confirm the colours only from the fabric colour chart and not from the computer screen);

After the order is placed, we will be sending out our invoice which will be due to be paid strictly before the order is dispatched;

It takes only 3 - 4 weeks to receive your order after the order is placed (depending of the type of delivery needed: DHL Express or Economy);

Please note the prices can change without notice, but the prices listed on the website at the time of ordering will be your final prices;

Please read the “Instructions and Care for your Swimsuit”, found on the packaging, when you receive your custom swimwear;

Unless manufacturing faults are found, there are no refunds or replacements offered for any of the custom club swim wear (products with club logos or personalised);
